Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce Announces Board Leadership Transition and New Directors

DELRAY BEACH, FL, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce today announced a set of changes to its board of directors and staff as it heads into 2027.

Andrea Smallwood, a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual, has served as chair of the Chamber's board of directors since April 2026 and will hold the position throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. She succeeds Shaun Hall, who will continue to serve on the board.

Mark Burns of BlueIvy Communications has been named incoming board chair and will take over the role at the close of Smallwood's term. Burns leads BlueIvy Communications, a South Florida public relations and strategic communications firm and a longtime Chamber partner.

Jeffrey Fine, Director of Sales at iTHINK Financial, joins the board as a director. iTHINK Financial is a Delray Beach–based credit union founded in 1969 that now serves more than 95,000 members. The Chamber also announced the hiring of Justin Balser as Membership Director, a staff role focused on member growth, retention and engagement.
