According to Coinmarketcap, which tracks global cryptocurrency data, the total market value, including Bitcoin, saw a surge of 5.92% in just 24 hours, climbing to a staggering $3.67 trillion.
Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, has seen a remarkable 26% increase in value since the start of the year.
Meanwhile, Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, also witnessed a significant boost, gaining 7% to reach $2,993.
